Mi dai una vita piena
di gioie
di dolori
una vita colma, tutta da vivere, per sempre.

Ti prendi cura di me, e quando sono malato,
tu vai alla scoperta di ciò che è il meglio
per me.

Noi uniamo le nostre menti quando lavoriamo insieme
e creiamo nouve idee,
cose viste in modi nuovi
che nessuno mai ne aveva prima pensato,
e tu li mostri al mondo.

Andiamo in posti insieme, scopriamo nuove immagini
e ci mostriamo l'un l'altro che cosa è
che ci tocca l'anima.
Ti mostro posti
nuovi per te
per me suscitanti emozioni profonde.
Tu mi porti dove
no sono mai stato
e mi fai sentire
quello che ti smuoveva.

Amiamo le piccole cose
fatte l'un con l'altro
nel giardino, e cuciniamo,
e raccogliamo la legna,
e accendiamo il camino.

Facciamo progetti piu' grandi,
la cucina, il soggiorno, il patio.
Tenendoci per mano
prendiamo decisioni importanti,
la gioia di scorpire che i nostri gusti
sono simili e consonanti.

Noi siamo insieme
partecipiamo l'un l'altro
spesso e spesso.

Cosa mi manca di te?

L'altra te che e' al di sopra delle cose
che possiamo vedere e toccare e fiutare e pensare.

L'altra te che è profonda nell'anima
di questa terra
e che tocca posti,
racconti,
tutte le vite.

L'altra te che canta con le tue canzoni
che sente la canzone sexy
le parole calde
la visione bella
la vita felice.

L'altra te che tocca lo spirito di qualcun altro
con tutto il tuo amore
che trova i suoi posti più profondi
e li fa vibrare

L'altra te che io non conosco
io non percepisco
io solo so che è li
in te.
È nascosta,
misteriosa,
da non essere vista
da me.

Ti amo, mi riempi la vita,
mi manchi.

What I'm missing of you

You give me a life full
of joys
of pains
an overwhelming life I can live forever.

You take care of me, and in my illness
you go and discover what is best
for me.

We share our mind when we work together
and create new ideas,
things seen in new ways
that nobody thought about before,
and you show them to the world.

We go places together, discovering new images
and showing each other what it is
that touches our soul.
I show you places
that are new for you
and stir deep emotions to me.
You take me where
I have never been
and make me feel
what moved you.

We love the small things
done together
gardening and cooking,
and gathering wood,
and lighting the fireplace.

We do wider projects,
the kitchen, the den, the patio.
Holding each other hand
we make important decisions,
the joy of discovering that our tastes
are similar and consonant

We are together
we share with each other
often and often

What I'm missing of you?

The other you who is above the things
we can see and touch, and smell, and think.

The other you who is deep in the soul
of this country
who touches places,
stories,
all lives.

The other you who sings with your songs
who feels the song to be sexy
the words warm
the sight beautiful
life to be happy.

The other you who touches the spirit of some other
with all your love
who discovers his deepest places
and make them resonate

The other you I do not know
I do not perceive.
I only know is there
in you.
It is hidden,
mysterious,
not to be seen
by me.

I love you, you fill my life,
I miss you.
